Are you an RTO?

AIMM Industrial Training is a RTO and has been in business for over 20 years in Queensland.  Our RTO number is 31076.  All our Trainers have full accreditation and current industry experience.  We provide nationally recognised training and licence assessment to a national standard.

Do I get a Certificate for my Course?

When you successfully complete a course you will be issued with a Statement or Attainment (SOA) or a full Certificate.  We provide a photo ID card for Yellow card and Gantry Crane.

Do you have a pre reading requirements?

No. Our comprehensive training is enough to have you ready for assessment.

Do you run First Aid and CPR courses?

HLTAID003 – Apply First Aid –

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s), the incident and other first aiders, until the arrival of medical or other assistance. This course is suitable for those students requiring workplace first aid skills.

Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation – 3 hours

This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide CPR, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

  • Duty of Care
  • Maintain the airway, breathing and circulation of an unconscious casualty (including C.P.R )

How many students on a Forklift Course?

Our courses have a maximum of eight (8) students on each course.  This ensures that you receive quality training and have an opportunity to drive multiple forklifts at both training centres.  All students receive comprehensive course notes and activity sheets to support learning.

How often do you run Forklift Courses?

Our courses run on a Mon to Wed check our online booking for available dates.

What is a Unique Student Identifier? (USI)
On the 1st January 2015 the government introduced a unique student identifier for all person who are doing nationally recognised training in Australia. This is a government database that records all training undertaken. The benefits of the database is that should a person lose their certificate in a flood or fire they can the government authority to retrieve their records.
What should I bring to a course?

Wear enclosed shoes and bring 3 forms of identification/passport. AIMM provides comprehensive course notes, black pens, safety vest, activity sheets. Parking is available onsite.

What time does a forklift course start and finish?
  • Arrive at 7.50am and sign in
  • Course starts at 8.00am
  • Breaks at 10.00am and 12.00pm
  • Finish at 4.00pm
